Ordering
How to Place an Order
Orders can be placed on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All associates at martialartsdingo.com and its affiliate websites within the Dingo Family of Enthusiast Websites (Dingo FEW) love talking about their passion and are ready to talk to you. We welcome you to contact our customer service department to talk with our knowledgeable customer service representatives.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal, United States Postal Service Money Orders, wire transfers and debit cards.
Order Verification
All orders placed through martialartsdingo.com are subject to our verification process for order accuracy and authorized valid payment. For security reasons, we may contact you via email or phone requesting additional information to validate your order.
In order to guard against fraudulent activity, martialartsdingo.com must verify the bill to and ship to address. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and phone number (the address and phone number your credit card issuer has on file). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
All PayPal order will be shipped to a PayPal confirmed address only. A PayPal confirmed address is an address that has been reviewed by PayPal and found to be safe based on information related to the address.
Order Confirmation
A confirmation displaying an order number will appear on the checkout page immediately after your order is submitted. If an order confirmation did not appear after the final submit button, please contact customer service to verify if your order had been received.
You will also receive an order confirmation via email after completing your order online or by phone. An email address is required so that we may keep you informed on the status of your order.
We will never share your email address with an unrelated 3rd party except as necessary to fulfill transactions that you initiate.
Order Processing Time
The Dingo FEWTM strives to have all product in stock at the best prices anywhere in the world. If product is in stock, then orders placed before 1pm PST will be processed and shipped that day. Orders placed after 1pm PST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm will be processed and shipped on Saturday. All orders placed on Saturday will be shipped the following Monday.
Orders for product not in stock will ship 2-3 days after receipt of order.
Shipping Address Changes
Once an order has passed our verification process, the shipping address cannot be changed if it is different than the billing address. You may cancel the existing order, provided that it hasn't been processed for shipping, and place a new order with a different shipping address.
Drop Shipping
In some circumstances martialartsdingo.com will arrange for the item to be shipped directly from our source in order to help you avoid a longer wait time (e.g. special order item, or in the unusual event that a backordered item is not expected to arrive at our warehouse within a reasonable time.)
International Orders
martialartsdingo.com accepts orders from and ships orders to anywhere in the world. Please note that due to restrictions set by the manufacturers we may be unable to ship certain brands outside of the United States. Due to international regulations, no weapons will be shipped to addresses outside of the United States.
Order Acceptance
Any order confirmation given to you through martialartsdingo.com does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of an offer to sell. The Dingo Family of Enthusiast Websites.com reserves the right to decline and cancel an order, or supply less than quantity ordered at any time.
Given the popularity and shortage of some items, we may at times have to restrict the quantity of a particular item ordered. We will notify you if we are unable to accommodate your order. martialartsdingo.com may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
Pricing
Best Price Guarantee: If you've found an advertised price from an authorized dealer, that is lower than any identical product currently in stock that we sell on martialartsdingo.com or any of the its affiliate The Dingo Family of Enthusiast Websites (even if it is only a $.01) - we'll beat their advertised price by 10%! This policy does not extend to products that are covered by a manufacturer's Minimum Advertised Price policy. Requests for Price Matching must be made at the time an order is placed using the method described below; requests for Price Matches over the phone will not be honored. Requests for Price Matching must be made for the identical product (this includes, but is not limited to: size, width, color, pattern, etc.). For additional details, please view our Best Price Guarantee. The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to previously completed orders.
Pricing Error: Despite our best efforts to advertise prices appropriately, some items may be advertised incorrectly due to a typographical error. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for an item that was priced incorrectly, whether it has been confirmed, charged, and even shipped. If an order is refused after it was shipped due to a pricing error, we may issue a charge to reconcile the price difference or request an intercept from the shipping carrier. The pricing posted on our website may not always be identical to those found on some price comparison shopping websites. Prices listed on most price comparison websites may take up to 24 hours to update and match our site.
Price Protection: Due to the unpredictable and volatile nature of the martial arts equipment industry, we cannot offer price protection credits on merchandise previously purchased on our site.
Taxes
Martialartsdingo.com will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders delivered to an address in the state of Nevada, or to any other state as required by law. If your credit card billing address is in the state of California and your ship to address is not, you will not be charged sales tax. An 8.00% sales tax is automatically calculated on the value of the merchandise as required by Nevada State law.
International shipments are generally subject to local import duties and taxes. We are not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice regarding any customs related fees that you may incur. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office.
Shipping Information
Standard Shipping Information
Standard Shipping is available to all locations within the 48 contiguous United States. If product is in stock, then orders placed before 1pm PST will be processed and shipped that day. Orders placed after 1pm PST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm will be processed and shipped on Saturday. All orders placed on Saturday will be shipped the following Monday.
Orders for product not in stock will ship 2-3 days after receipt of order.
The Dingo Family of Enthusiast Websites offers free Standard Shipping on all items. The merchandise you order may be fulfilled from several locations which may cause items to arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances.
Express Shipping Information
Overnight/Expedited shipping is available however it is not eligible for our Free Shipping offer. Please note that Next Day Shipping to residential addresses are not guaranteed and we do not issue refunds for orders sent using Next Day Shipping to a residential address if the delivery date is not met.
If the destination address is a PO Box or an APO/FPO, we will ship your order via USPS since UPS is unable to deliver to those destinations. We will provide tracking information via email after your order has shipped.
International Shipping
martialartsdingo.com is happy to ship orders to foreign destinations. Please be aware that all customs, duties, taxes, surcharges, brokerages, etc., are the responsibility of the customer.
Will Call Pick-Up
Will Call Pick-Up is available from our Las Vegas, NV distribution center.
Oversized Merchandise
Some products on The Dingo Family of Enthusiast Websites.comTM may be subject to oversized shipping fees. Typically bo staffs, large training pads and punching bags require an oversized shipping fee. These fees are in addition to the cost of shipping and will be denoted on the product page.
Non-Deliverable Addresses
Due to limitations, we are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes via UPS. Orders placed with a P.O. Box address will be shipped using United States Postal Service Priority.
Return Information
Return Policy
Standard Return Policy: Returns will be handled on an individual basis and will only be accepted with a return authorization from a Martial Arts Dingo representative within 21 days of the original purchase. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is a manufacturing defect or the wrong item was shipped. Returns for reasons other than the previously stated issues may be subject to shipping and restocking fess at the discretion of the Martial Arts Dingo representative. (see section “How to Return Merchandise” below).
How to Return Merchandise
Please contact us at 702-737-7301 for a return authorization number (RA #). A Return Authorization Number expires 30 days from the date of issue. Expired Return Authorizations will be refused and returned. We will be more than happy to issue another Return Authorization number as long as the product is within the return window. Simply call our Customer Service department to obtain another number.
The Dingo Family of Enthusiast Websites.comTM does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise.
We are not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture the products we carry. The Dingo Family of Enthusiast Websites.comTM will employ every resource it has to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle.
Returned merchandise must be in original condition, and include all factory packed accessories and paperwork (e.g. straps, unmarked warranty card, manuals etc.), in the original manufacturer bag/box and packaging with UPC, barcode, and serial number intact. Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit reflecting any missing accessories, packaging or literature.
Products that are returned to The Dingo Family of Enthusiast Websites.comTM with a missing or altered UPC or serial number will be returned to the sender. The product serial number must match the serial number in our database (The Dingo Family of Enthusiast Websites.comTM maintains serial number tracking).
Packages without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. Refused deliveries will be subject to a return shipping fee. Returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the shipper's responsibility.

Return Shipping
Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our warehouse) is like or comparable to your cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost.
If an item you received is defective, we will certainly replace the item with a new one, however we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back to our warehouse. We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost, and use every good measure to ensure that the replacement order is processed quickly.
Exchanges
If you purchased a product from us that you wish to exchange for an alternative, you can return the item for a refund or store credit less shipping charges (usable on any of the Dingo Family of Enthusiast Websites.comTM websites) and simply place a new order for the item you desire.
To exchange an item, please follow our return policy per above.
Defective Items
An item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced, or returned for a full refund for the purchase price provided that the item hasn't been used. The Dingo Family of Enthusiast Websites.comTM does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. We are not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture the products we carry. However, if you pay to send the item back to The Dingo Family of Enthusiast Websites.comTM, we will replace the item and ship the replacement to you at no charge. The Dingo Family of Enthusiast Websites.comTM will employ every resource it has to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle.
Refused Deliveries
If you refuse delivery, a credit will be issued for the price of the merchandise minus the actual cost of shipping and the cost of return shipping. All credits will be applied to the original payment method.

martialartsdingo.com will warranty your product to be free from defects in material and workmanship in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty does not cover lost or stolen items, nor does coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper storage conditions.
